Deane holds a B.Psych Degree in Psychology and Psychometry as well as a Post-Graduate Degree in Industrial Psychology and is a registered Psychometrist with the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa) and NZCER (New Zealand Council for Educational Research).
She has several years experience within Human Resources, focussing on Performance Management, Organisational and Team Development, Recruitment, Succession planning and Assessments.She also has experience in working with individuals and businesses within different Industries.
With professional and objective approach to life, Deane enjoys assisting individuals to identify their needs, develop plans and facilitate change in order to enhance personal and organisational productivity, growth, effectiveness and well-being.

Christina was raised in the environment of the family's large real estate/property development business in Auckland. During her early twenties she obtained a National Diploma in Natural Medicine before returning to Real Estate. After some years in Real Estate Sales she was later appointed Property Manager of a busy North Shore office where she applied the Creating The Edge technique to her demanding job. Excited by the huge increase in both efficiency and lifestyle she was delighted to have the opportunity to become part of Creating The Edge in obtaining her own franchise.

Bevan's employment has been in the Building Industry since school. Over the next nearly two decades he developed not only all the practical skills necessary for a successful career in Building Construction but also in the management and development of many Building Projects and his own portfolio. Later when he learned and applied the techniques of Creating The Edge to his own business he saw a marked improvement in not only the running of his own business but also in the quality of his personal life. When the opportunity came to obtain his own Creating The Edge franchise business he accepted without hesitation.
