Problem
Our Client in the Automotive Industry experienced a Nett loss of $90 000. This was due to the fact that they struggled to increase Personal and Business Productivity which was compounded by the lack of communication and teamwork within the organisation. It resulted in high operating costs and severe losses and caused major cash flow problems.
Solution
