Mary has had over 30 years of executive management experience. After qualifying top of NZ in her field of Microbiology, Mary has worked in the General Management of Laboratories, both in NZ and Australia, servicing industries ranging from Medical, Food, Dairy, Pharmaceutical and Environmental. She also spent several years teaching at tertiary level and was Director and Proof Reader for a family owned newspaper chain. More recently her career diversified when she became the Co-owner and Operations Manager of an Iconic Café in the QVB in Sydney. Mary has always had her focus on top quality product, exceptional customer service, and maximising profits for the business. Performance Management has always been a top priority to ensure that staff are aware of the business goals and are accountable for their actions. Anita has a wealth of experience within the sales and advertising industry having worked with clients and media agencies to promote their products and businesses with digital media campaigns. Prior to that, she worked as a business broker. She originally started her career within the accounting arena and has a good understanding and appreciation of business and the various challenges involved within business as well as the sales environment.
